Our Role in Meeting Africa's Overwhelming Need

Justin Hyde, a pastor from the Brenham, Texas area recently taught pastoral theology to ministry students at Kenya Baptist Theological College. Although Justin is greatly encouraged by the hunger of his African students for learning and applying the gospel of Jesus Christ, he is undone by the needs of his African brothers and sisters - the needs not only for quality biblical training and supplies, but also for basic life needs such as food, decent shelter, clean water, healthcare and supplies, and protection. Justin challenges Christian leaders across the world to come together and pray for the people of Africa, to send supplies, and to come and personally care for the poor and needy as Jesus did. |
