Mimi and I thank you for your prayers and for all of your support. Recently, we have been having a huge time with a bunch from Houston! About ten days ago, a group from our home church arrived in Kenya and we formed a large team with our HBU students here in Nairobi. Our newly assembled group immediately began ministering together in orphanages, in schools, and in street ministry projects that we joined in slum areas around Nairobi. Mimi and I continue to thank God for your prayers and for all of your encouragement. We are both well and working hard. I have now completed teaching my Old Testament Theology class at Daystar University for this summer. What a sweet treat! For a guy who still hates school (and is quite sure that religious school must be the worst) I can’t begin to explain where all of the fun in class comes from.
